Content Release form

So much of how we support charities like yours relies on our ability to share stories about your nonprofit through our Giving House Realtor network. If you are selected as a partner nonprofit, we’ll ask you to sign a content release form that gives us permission to do just that.


The 501c3 determination letter is issued by the IRS to every registered charity based in the United States. We’ll need this so that donations made to your organization by Giving House Realtors can be tax deductible.

w-9 Form

Your accountant or office administrator should have access to your organization’s W-9 form. We’ll need a copy of this so that a donation check can be sent to you upon closing of a real estate transaction. It makes it easy for us to cut your organization a check the moment a real estate transaction finalizes.


Once accepted as a partner nonprofit, we’ll send you our specific requirements for what kind of story-based content we’re hoping to receive from you. We’ll need this content to help share your story and be an advocate for your organization through our network of Realtors.
