Since we work with the most respected and qualified agents in your community who you may already know, we’ll give you a choice of GIVING HOUSE agents to work with on your behalf as your dedicated GIVING HOUSE agent. Your GIVING HOUSE agent will work hand in hand with you to sell your property—discussing a proper selling price, listing it, marketing and advertising it, running open houses, and bringing the sale to a close.
Once your property is sold, your GIVING HOUSE agent will donate twenty percent of his or her commission to charity—15% will be given on your behalf directly to the not for profit of your choice, 2.5% to community-based organizations in your hometown, and 2.5% to The Giving Back Fund who oversees and administers GIVING HOUSE’s philanthropic programs.
It’s that simple. You’ve sold your property and a large percentage of your sale has gone to the not for profit of your choice on your behalf. If you are thinking of purchasing a home, a vacation spot, an investment property, or any real property whatsoever, we ask that you consider using a GIVING HOUSE agent to help you.
Since our GIVING HOUSE agents are hands on hometown supporters in your community, simply let us know what you were thinking of buying. We will give you a choice of respected local agents who have chosen to "give back" so you can pick the dedicated GIVING HOUSE agent to help you with your search.
Your GIVING HOUSE agent will then do what they do best - work hand in hand with you combing through the local listings, the MLS, taking you to Open Houses, and doing the all-important local detective work needed to find you the property of dreams.
Once you've decided on your property, your GIVING HOUSE agent will take you through all the steps of completing a successful purchase- working with the appraiser, your lender, and your attorney to being you to closing.
When your GIVING HOUSE agent receives his or her commission, he or she will donate 20% of their net commission on your behalf. 15% will go to the not for profit of your choice, another 2.5% will go to your local community organizations, and 2.5% will go to the Giving Back Fund who administers our philanthropic programs.
