GIVING HOUSE AND THE REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONAL

GIVING HOUSE understands and appreciates the tremendous work and dedication of working real estate professionals everywhere, and we welcome the participation of agents everywhere. What sets a GIVING HOUSE agent apart from the rest is that they see the power they have to directly affect the community where they live and work through their choice to "give back".


HOW GIVING HOUSE WORKS WITH AGENTS

GIVING HOUSE partners with not for profit organizations, community funds, and buyers and sellers nationwide to provide ethical and professional real estate services, and GIVING HOUSE supplies agents with the opportunity to work as referred dedicated agents for those organizations and individuals.

In return for being a part of this network, GIVING HOUSE dedicated agents are asked to “give back” 20% of their net commission to charity. 15% will go to the not for profit who is making the referral, 2.5% will go to GIVING HOUSE which distributes those funds each year to worthy community based foundations in the agent’s hometown, and 2.5% goes to the Giving Back Fund which administers and maintains the GIVING HOUSE programs.

There are many significant benefits to being a GIVING HOUSE agent.

First, they receive the direct benefits of the stature and recognition accorded to them in their own community and among their clients and peers that they are powerful voices and agents of change in their own communities.
