HOW GIVING HOUSE WORKS WITH AGENTS AND BROKERAGE FIRMS

Giving House partners with small, medium, and large not for profits, foundations, community funds, and valuable institutions to provide them with ethical and professional real estate services.

The Giving House agent works as a referred dedicated agent for these organizations and their trustees, donors, and supporters.

Giving House also works with any buyer or seller who chooses a Giving House agent to represent them in buying, selling, or renting a home.

In return for being part of the Giving House network, Giving House agents “give back” 20% of their commission of that referred transaction---15% directly to the charity of the client’s choice and 5% to Giving House to help administer and grow the program. In addition, they receive the stature and recognition of their peers and clients as real voices of change in their own community.
