GIVING HOUSE is a donor-advised fund at The Giving Back Fund. It was established by real estate professionals to provide the real estate community with a turn-key solution for incorporating philanthropy into our day-to-day business.

FOUNDING PARTNERS

Kerry Fedigan-Cid, Co-Founder and President of GIVING HOUSE is a Vice President at Prudential Douglas Elliman Real Estate in New York City, one of the oldest and largest real estate firms in America. Kerry is also on the Board of Advisors of the Giving Back Fund, which oversees and administers over 85 celebrity and sports foundations, and is devoted to the concept of philanthropy in the workplace.

Steve Cid, Co-Founder of GIVING HOUSE, is a Senior Vice President at Prudential Douglas Elliman Real Estate in New York, and has been working as a real estate broker for 17 years.
Together, Ms. Fedigan and Mr. Cid, who live in Westchester County with their two daughters, founded GIVING HOUSE with the idea that strong community foundations provide the backbone for America’s hometowns.

THE GIVING BACK FUND

The Giving Back Fund (GBF), established in 1997, seeks to cultivate and nurture a new group of philanthropists within the sports and entertainment communities and to help establish role models who will inspire others to give back. GBF provides philanthropic consulting, management and programs to athletes, entertainers, entrepreneurs, and other high net worth individuals aimed at increasing the impact of their philanthropy. GBF is launching several new programs to help ensure that new generations of sports and entertainment professionals learn how to be effective and powerful philanthropists.
